Request for the returned or exchanged items
1. a. The customer has to contact us to get a return authorization (return address) or exchange authorization within one month upon receipt if you want to return/exchange your purchase.
b. Items received unused (without the smell of perfume), unwashed, not in damaged or worn condition (only when the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt);
c. Tights, socks, and final sale items are not in the range of return or exchange;
d. Items received in original packaging.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return your item(s) for a full refund within one month of purchase. However you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.

Exchange is available if you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise with your purchase within one month of purchase. However you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own. Please fo send it to cs@fernlice.com.
Once we have received your package, if you ask for return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. If you ask for exchange, exchange will be sent in 3 days when we get the returned items. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
